NASA team on tv Sept 7 for trapped miners in Chile
A NASA team which comprised two medical doctors, a psychologist and an engineer, arrived in Chile Aug 31. The team was sent to aid trapped miners and will hold a news conference about their work at the San Jose gold and copper mine near Copiapo at noon CDT, Tuesday, Sept 7. The conference will be at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houseton, and it will air live on NASA Television and the agency’s website.
This advisory was released Sep 3 in response to Chile’s request for technical advice to assist the trapped miners.
