Celtics agrees to Shaq's terms

After some persistent talk over length, the Celtics have agreed to a two-year contract with Shaquille O’Neal, according to a team source.
Reportedly, the contract is said to be worth approximately $3 million, and marked an important victory by the center.
However, O’Neal, after being rustrated caused by a dwindling field of suiters that inccorporated the Celtics and possibly the Hawks, finally had it his way.
It’snot yet clear if O’Neal pushed for a more profitable sign-and-trade arrangement between the Celtics and Cleveland that would send the retiring Rasheed Wallace’s $6 million salary slot to the Cavs.
However that talk reportedly never took place between the two teams.
