Spotlight on Ruffa's exit now on Kris, March 14

 

The much awaited appearance of Ruffa Gutierrez on the buzz after the "walk out" finally happened but was not live.

Her interview with Boy Abunda went on smoothly but became teary when Boy reminisced  with Ruffa after her life in Turkey.  Part of the reminiscing was her strings of projects in ABS-CBN, like Kokei, Betty La Fea, and a hosting job at the Buzz.

Ruffa thanked Kris after making her stay even after she gave birth to Baby James. She also thanked the staff of the said talk show.  She mentioned that people shouldn’t burn bridges.  Then after the  interview, Kris gave her own piece regarding the controversial issue that happened last Sunday. She started by saying how hard it is to be her and how hard to be Noynoy’s sister.

She surprised the audience when she announced that she’s contemplating of leaving The Buzz. Kris did not mention her plan to her co-host Boy Abunda who is also her manager because she believes that this is within family decision.  She said she asked her sisters if they think it’s the right thing to do, but her sisters told her that she’s not a quitter.

 

She stressed that a lot of people accused her of being a brat but claims that she is not a brat when it comes to her family, that’s why when her family told her to apologize, she did, despite the fact that she thinks she has done nothing wrong last Sunday.  She was shaking while crying when she said that she has changed so why is it that people use her to destroy her brother’s candidacy. She emphasized that her brother is a good man.   

    “Noy, I’ll not disappoint you anymore”

    “Sige gamitin nyo po ako para siraan si Noy pero mabuti po kaming pamilya”

    “I’m not a liar. Sinusubukan ko pong maging mabuting tao.”

Kris extended her thanks to their friends who continously support their family.

After everything that has been said and done, after the apologies made of  both parties to each other, is crying over a spilled milk worth it? What’s the point of saying sorry but it cringes you to the deepest level?
