Man shot in QC traffic dispute

 

On Sunday, a man was shot dead after a  traffic argument  in Quezon City on Sunday.

Nestor Barrientos, 48, died after he was shot in the chest by an unidentified man in Barangay Payatas-B, Quezon City.

The victim was rushed to Far Eastern University (FEU) Hospital, however,  Barrientos was declared dead on arrival.

Together with the victim was Marvin Escorial,  who suffered injuries.

Based on  Augustis Cusay’s statement, driver of the two victims, they were aboard a Nissan Sentra when they got into a traffic altercation with the driver of a Kia Pregio.

Cusay said he blocked the driver’s path, and Escorial and Barrientos got off the vehicle to confront the driver.

But the driver quickly  pulled out a gun and began firing at the two victims, killing Barrientos.
