Google buzz vs. facebook and twitter

Google, known with the best search engine and also the creator of the famous youtube and google maps (a.k.a. google earth or wikimapia), is now going into social networking, google buzz.

Challenged by facebook with more than 400 million users, google plans to integrate google buzz with its email service, gmail, having 170 million users.  Registered gmail users can buzz using mobile web application with their iPod, iPhone, or any smartphone though some complains were received for those using Android phones.

Gmail, the first to start gigabyte (GB) capacity of inbox yet continuously improving by integrating chat, then video chat, is now faced to catch up with the new communication fad where people looks beyond email and chat but share photos with friends and family, gives comments about the news, and tells the world what they do in real-time.

Google Buzz is a new way to start conversations about the things you find interesting and share updates, photos, videos and more. Buzz is built right into Gmail, so the people you follow in Gmail, or in Google Reader, are the same people you follow in Buzz – those you’ve already chosen to follow in Reader, plus the people you email and chat with the most in Gmail.

Launched with plenty of interesting new features, particularly for mobile users, but will Facebook and Twitter users shift to Google Buzz?
