Noynoy Aquino does not want to live in Malacanang

President apparent Benigno "Noynoy" III stressed that he does not want to live in Malacanang.

Aquino is planning on renting a condominium where he will live when he takes the highest post in the country.

One of Aquino’s reasons is that he does not want to live in Malacanang because of  "negative vibes," while he considers the house on Arlegui Street where her mother, Corazon Aquino, once lived when she was president of the country, as just too large.

Aquino would rather live at his family’s house on Times Street, and said it was hard for him to leave the house where has has resided for so long.

With regards to security issues, Aquino said he will have to talk to the barangay captain in his area of residence.

"We haven’t had a chance to talk to the barangay captain, to them yet, consultative naman tayo. We would want to minimize inconvenience to them as much as possible," said Aquino.

Aquino said he may consider renting a condominium.
