Mom of Hayden Kho, posts bail
Following the arrest warrant for two counts of libel filed by actress Katrina Halili against Hayden Kho’s mother, Irene Kho posted bail Tuesday.
Through her lawyer Paolo Patajo, Irene Kho paid P20,000 for two counts of libel Tuesday morning before regional trial court Branch 85.
According to a court staff, the arrest warrant issued by pairing Judge Luisito Cortez would be withdrawn.
Mrs. Kho was charged before the court for two counts of libel after Halili alleged that she was maligned by Kho in separate TV interviews last year.
Kho declared that it was the actress who introduced her son to drugs during their affair.
Court staff of RTC Branch 85 said there was no date set for Kho’s arraignment as it would first have to resolve Kho’s motion for judicial determination of probable cause.
