Lozano shouts at Erwin Tulfo
During a phone patch interview of lawyer Oliver Lozano, the father of the murdered Emerson Lozano, he vehemently denied Friday that his son has connections to the alleged car syndicate leader Raymond Dominguez, and the other slain car dealer Venson Evangelista.
Oliver Lozano seemed irked to a report by ABC 5′s Erwin Tulfo that implied Emerson Lozano could be linked to a notorious car theft syndicate.
Since the senior Lozano was stressed, he lost his temper and scolded Tulfo that he should let him speak since in his view, Tulfo has been taking a long while talking. When Tulfo urged him to speak his mind, it was too late for the lawyer because he already got mad. He even told Tulfo that he thinks he’s the one involved with the carjackers since he has so many luxury cars. Erwin Tulfo was unable to calm the enraged Lozano, who started cussing. He told Lozano that he has to cut the call.
The elder Lozano said in a phone interview that he would file libel charges against Tulfo and the ABC 5 management for besmirching the name of his dead son and the honor of his family.
Meanwhile, in different news of ABC 5, a certain informant came forward revealing that Evangelista and Lozano knew each other, and the incident was a case of revenge. In the statement of certain "kirat", he said Raymond Dominguez thinks that the two were responsible for squealing his illegal business.
The father of Venson Evangelista, like Mr. Oliver Lozano, was not all too happy about the news. Mr. Evangelista said that there is no way his son would have connections with a car theft syndicate.
