Steve Jobs unveils iPad tablet

Apple has unveiled the much awaited tablet-style. They will sell this intimate gadget starting at $499 up to $699 depending on the storage size. Apple’s iPad is similar with iPhone in terms with the design. Steve Jobs was saying during his demo that the new iPad is more intimate than a laptop but it is so much capable than a smart phone.
Steve Jobs who had a liver transplant because of pancreatic cancer was looking frail in the product launching, but the energy was undeniably there. He seems more excited than he did at Apple’s last event in September. The new iPad has a 9.7-inch touch screen, with 16,32 or 64 gigabytes of flash memory storage. It has a built in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. Jobs guarantees that this gadget has a battery that can last for 10 hours. Steve Jobs admits that their challenge is to convince the consumers that they need to have this, especially for those who have smart phones and laptops already.
At the end of the program, Steve Jobs received an applause and even a standing ovation from their guests, mostly journalists and bloggers.
