Actress turned politician Marjorie Barretto is set to sue  the  blogger who exposed  her half-naked  photo online  for violation of the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act, which has been made into a law.

Attorney  Lorna Kapunan, Marjorie’s lawyer  told Yahoo! Philippines OMG! in a phone interview.

In the said  law, the source, if found guilty, must pay a fine of not less than P100,000 but not more than P500,000 and imprisonment  for not less than three years.

Kapunan said that her client has an idea who the culprit is, however,  her client does not  want to disclose about it for now. The case is  in the hands of the Natonal Bureau of Investigation (NBI).

Kapunan also said  that her office has made records of all  the blog sites to reach the source of the scandal.

Meanwhile, Marjorie’s main concern, according to Atty. Kapunan, is her five children, who are still young and are exposed to online media.
