Makeup Artist says Charice Pempengco’s Preview cover not photoshopped

A well known makeup artist Juan Sarte insisted  that the photo of international singing sensation Charice on Preview magazine for January 2012 issue of Preview magazine was not digitally altered.

"Charice for Preview Behind the Scenes video. Eto ang pruweba. Hindi po yun Photoshop," Sarte said via microblogging site Twitter late Monday, providing a link to the video.

A video  of behind the scenes in  the magazine’s pictorial  was already uploaded and getting views on YouTube.

People behind the cover shoot were photographer Marc Nicdao, hair stylist Buern Rodriguez, Sarte and fashion stylist Liz Uy.

Charice celebrated an early Christmas in Manila, is now getting ready  for a big  project that will be revealed this year.

She will also be doing  an Asia-Pacific tour this year.

    Charice looks amazing ….those people telling her that she is not beautiful ..she is beautiful than your sarah G or other celebrity there in  PI ..all she needs is stylist and makeup artist to do that ..and she has the filipina beauty.

    walang pinag-kaiba yan sa marie france billboard ni sharon cuneta na kahit anong sumpa pa ang gawin ng photographer o ng publisher ng magazine na walang digital alterations na ginawa e WALANG MANINIWALA!!!  if others find charice pretty, than so be it. pero you can’t change the viewpoint of the majority of the filipino people that she is NOT! period.

    She’s gorgeous! she came a long way.. i still remember when she’s 13 or so.. she doesn’t wear too much make-up.. a natural beauty! but she’s grown-up now.. so this is no surprise that she’s this fierce in this mag! she’s beautiful inside/out!

    She’s pretty in her own way. But this is obviously photoshopped. Yes the hair and make up are the same. But the face is definitely altered.

    To Juan Sarte: the video just proved that the preview cover was photoshopped. Good job! Same person, same hair, same make up, but altered face and jaw.

    I don’t understand why they keep saying that it was not photoshopped when it is really obvious…
    Just because they photoshopped the pictures, it does not mean that she’s not beautiful… so it’s kind of weird when some of her fans got angry just becuase someone said that her pictures were ‘slightly’ edited.

    she looks amazingly beautiful on that pic but it was really pretty obvious that her jaws were edited i can see totally the cuts on it… O_o do you think that Filipinos  were stupid enough not to notice it?

    Look at the video at exactly 2:04  and 2:12  she looks more beuatiful than  the magazine cover which other people think its photoshopped. So Charice really completely change her image. From fat to more daring beutiful woman. Fans all over the world will be more proud of her.

    This is bull. If her photo wasn’t digitally altered, she wouldn’t look like that. The cover doesn’t even look like her. I like her singing prowess and people have already accepted the fact that she’s short, not that pretty and that her jaw is big but this mag is trying to make her prettier when she’s already accepted as she already is. Her face got longer in the pic, and in the video, because she has full bangs, her face was shorter. So in fact, this magazine is stating bullshit all over and nobody actually believes them.

    wow…ang galing…ang galing nila umabuso nang photoshop…tingnan nyo,wla nang panga c charice…matangos na rin ang ilong at pouty na ang lips…in short…ang FANGET,beauty na…sa magazine nga lang…
    magaling silang mag edit talaga…f hindi nila inabuso ang photoshop,then hindi yan c charice..kasi c charice prang may down syndrome ang mukha nya…f fanget ako,i assure u,mas fanget yun..kaya feke talaga yan f they insist na hindi nla nilalabisan ang pag edit nyan.
